THE COOPERATIVA ALLEVATORI RICCIA WAS BORN AS A CRAFTSMANSHIP AND FROM THE COLLABORATION OF SEVERAL RICCESI COUNTRY FAMILIES.
All production takes place exclusively in the RICCIA plant, in the province of Campobasso, an ancient and noble village in Molise on the border with Puglia and Campania, in the set frame of the Fortore Valley and the Sannio Hills with its evocative and attractive irregular profiles, in a fascinating setting where nature continues to offer the opportunity to reap the fruits of the earth and produce excellent cheeses.
